Dry Aged Angus Beef Chuck Arm Roast


Low and slow.  On the smoker, in the slow cooker, braised in the oven. 

This cut is bone in, meaty and flavorful.   Flat roast that comes from the arm of the steer.  Slightly less marbling than the Chuck Roast, but less gristle too.

- All pastured Angus beef, raised by us, on Creamery Creek
- Dry aged 21 days
- NO Growth hormones
- NO Antibiotics 
- LOCALLY born, raised, harvested within 30 miles of our farm
- Processed at a USDA inspected butcher facility
- High quality cryovac packaging
