Dry-Aged Angus Chuckeye Steak
Also known as the Delmonico steak.
Well-marbled, flavorful, and very tender too. Cut from the chuck primal, or front shoulder. Similar in texture to a Ribeye, the steak from the rib right in front of the ribeye.
