Dry Aged Angus Beef Short Rib Plate


At least 3 long rib bones in a very large grilling plate.  If you enjoy short ribs in your slow cooker, you'll also enjoy slow smoked ribs.

These plates average about 7lbs and are half and half bone and beef.
