Our delicious dry aged beef brisket will melt in your mouth! Dry-aging intensifies the flavor and creates a tender texture that will make your next cookout an unforgettable experience.
Justin's favorite way to prepare this beef cut is on the pellet grill. He makes a crust with seasonings then lets it slow cook until finished 8-12 hours at 180 degrees F. Wrap and let rest, the hardest part!
