Dry Aged Angus Arm Roast
Low and slow. On the smoker, in the slow cooker, or braised in the oven.
This cut is bone-in, meaty and flavorful. Flat roast that comes from the arm of the steer. Slightly less marbling than the Chuck Roast, but less gristle too.
As always, we promise:

- Start to finish - within 30 miles of our farm near La Crosse, WI
- Dry Aged for 21 Days
