These ribs were all fat. After making one pack I threw the rest away which is painful with the economy but they were not edible.

This is my favorite cut of meat. Flanken ribs from Creamery Creek are tender and full of flavor. Try a serving of these ribs - you won't be disappointed. I cook mine in a skillet for about 1 minute on each side. Can also cook on the grill for a quick, tasty meal.
