Whip all this up in your blender or food processor, and chill before serving.
Ingredients for our Creamy Horseradish Sauce:
- 1 cup full-fat sour cream
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- pinch of cayenne pepper
You should always match with Creamery Creek Dry Aged Beef! Either a nice prime rib roast, or a treat on your leftover pot roast served on a hard roll. Oh yes!
