Returns & Refunds at Creamery Creek

We want you to love what you ordered from our farm. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

Standard Return Window (Non-Perishable Items)

You may request a return on eligible non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

To start a return, email us at hello@creamerycreekfarms.com. If approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions. Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first.

Perishable Product Policy

Because our beef, pork, and dairy items are perishable, we cannot accept returns on food products. That said, if something arrives damaged, thawed, or incorrect, let us know right away, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Other Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable food items

  • Custom or personalized products (special ordered cuts)

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials or flammables

Exchanges

Need something different? The quickest way is to place a new order and request a return (if applicable) on your original item.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to reflect the credit.

Problems with Your Order?

If your package arrives damaged or something’s off, email hello@creamerycreekfarms.com right away (ideally with a photo). We’re real people and we’ll work with you to fix it.
