Where to Find Us: Online, Local, and Everywhere in Between

Running a farm store that's exclusively online certainly has its quirks! At Creamery Creek, we recognize the challenges and strive to make it as seamless as possible for you to get our farm products.

We like to call it “just a website and a freezer,” though we know it’s a bit more involved than that! There are a few reasons why we don’t have a physical storefront—mainly, our zoning permit doesn’t allow it here on the farm. While we could consider a store elsewhere, our priority is here, taking care of the animals and handling your orders with care in our shipping shed.

How We Get Your Order to You:

  • Daily Order Prep: We pull orders every day, and most are ready the same day or by the next.
  • Weekly Shipping: Orders ship out every Tuesday. This helps us get the best bulk pricing on dry ice, and we pass those savings on to you!
  • Local Deliveries: Every Wednesday, Louisa makes local deliveries in the Creamery Creek Meat Van across a four-county area: La Crosse and Monroe in Wisconsin, and Winona and Houston in Minnesota. If you're outside this range, Spee-Dee Delivery is a more cost-effective option.
  • Long-Distance Deliveries: Occasionally, we head to Madison, Milwaukee, Green Bay, or the Twin Cities for farm business. On those trips, we’re happy to meet you with an order—perfect for a ground beef stock-up! All our vehicles are equipped with freezers or coolers, so your meat stays fresh.
  • Coordinated Group Stops: If your workplace or group wants to make a combined order, we’ll waive the individual minimum order requirement as long as it totals $50 for the stop.
  • And of course, on farm pick-ups are always free! When your order is ready, you’ll receive an email or text notification (your choice at checkout) along with a link to schedule your pickup time. If those times don’t work, just reach out to me at louisa@shopcreamerycreek.com, and we’ll find a solution.

We regularly donate first quality product right here in our community.  WAFER Food Pantry is the distributor of the frozen beef. Continuing our tradition to feed our community and our neighbors.  Our very grateful Thanksgiving email gives an update on how your orders help us make this moving donation.  Chokes me up, every time.  Thank you for helping us help others.
