How to Use Dry Aged Ground Beef

Our ground beef is carcass aged for a minimum of 21 days before it’s ground,  packaged and flash frozen. We do this to make sure that it retains its flavor, quality and nutrients.  We always ship on dry ice to ensure safe handling during shipment, please unpack into your own freezer as soon as possible! Our dry aged ground beef averages 85/15 fat ratio.  We think it’s the perfect flavor balance – try it and see for yourself!
