Awesome experience today with Louisa! I’m planning some brisket smoking and a prime rib roast for family at Thanksgiving. She walked me through all of their beautiful options and how best to prepare. The meat is so beautiful frozen that it just had to all be bought… my wife and I walked away with more than I’d planned!!! The duroc pork chops are always incredible and so I re-loaded on those. Can’t wait to try the brisket on my smoker and the beautiful prime rib for Thanksgiving!
Drove there thinking we could buy some meat. Talked to a young man who shrugged and didn't know what I was talking about. Apparently you order without knowing anything about what your getting. Seems like a crude operation at best.
I recently ordered beef suet and the package was delivered in perfect condition with their care written in hand. The quality of the suet is superb.

Don’t forget about the Heritage duroc porks& Wisconsin dairy they carry as well!
Their steaks and other meat are great. And they are a reasonable price. They have all kinds of options. And even organ meats for anybody on carnivore, animal based, or eating nose to tail. Great quality dry aged beef, cheese, and pork. They have other products too. I got suet to make beef tallow a while back it was a great golden yellow color.
My meat arrived on the day it was suppose to and it was still frozen solid. Your packaging is great.
