The Ground chuck was amazing.

I LOVED this liver! It was perfectly cut ( not too thin), and the flavor was mild and tender. I cooked it for 1 minute on each side, which ensured that it wouldn’t turn into “shoe leather”.

We loved the ground beef. We've done smash burgers and a casserole with it so far. Strong beef flavor and the pan didn't fill with a lot of grease. I think it's because the moisture content is lower because of the dry aging and more than likely because they don't pump in liquid preservatives (also thats probably why the burgers didn't shrink much). Really good quality

I cooked it on a pellet smoker 250 for 6.5 total hours - wrapping at 165 and braised with beef stock. It cooked about 25% faster due to the dry aging I think which saved me some time which is always nice. Anywho, it was AMAZING!

I have had numerous cuts of meat from Creamery Creek Farms& each has blown me away! From melt in your mouth steaks, juicy roasts, flavorful jerky& old fashioned hot dogs with the *snap*, Creamery Creek Farms has a cut of beef for you!
Don’t forget about the Heritage duroc porks& Wisconsin dairy they carry as well!

Their steaks and other meat are great. And they are a reasonable price. They have all kinds of options. And even organ meats for anybody on carnivore, animal based, or eating nose to tail. Great quality dry aged beef, cheese, and pork. They have other products too. I got suet to make beef tallow a while back it was a great golden yellow color.
