Duroc Pork Hock – Fresh or Naturally Smoked

Our Duroc Pork Hocks weigh approximately 2.5 lbs per package and are well-suited for slow cooking in soups, stews, and braised dishes. Known for their rich flavor and tender meat, pork hocks add hearty depth to traditional recipes.

Choose from two options:

  • Fresh Pork Hock – No seasoning or smoke added, this version is ideal for building flavor from scratch in your favorite dishes.

  • Nitrite-Free Smoked Hock – Naturally cured and lightly smoked with sea salt, cultured celery powder, maple sugar, cherry powder, and warm spices like cinnamon and clove.

Raised on our family farm and carefully prepared at a USDA-inspected facility.
