Our homegrown Dry Aged Ground Beef has been aged for a minimum of 21 days before processing. You can taste the difference and the added intensity of the flavor. Our ground beef has a very good medium grind, not too fine, not too coarse. Very versatile. Approximately 85/15 beef to fat ratio.
