We'll box it up for you in three categories:  20% premium dry aged steaks, 30% dry aged roasts, 50% dry aged ground beef.    Soup/shank bones and organs available upon request, if available, and not counted toward total weight.

Half and Quarter shares require farm pickup or local delivery only.

50 Pounds of Premium Pasture-Raised Beef, Processed and Aged

10 lbs  premium steaks (T-Bone, Porterhouse, Ribeye, filet), 25 lbs dry aged ground beef.  15 lbs roasts (chuck, rump, sirloin, brisket, stew beef)

Organ meat and soup bones available on request.

This share would up about two milk crates of space in your freezer.

100 Pounds of Premium Pasture-Raised Beef, Processed and Aged

20 lbs  premium steaks (T-Bone, Porterhouse, Ribeye, filet), 50 lbs dry aged ground beef.  30 lbs roasts (chuck, rump, sirloin, brisket, short rib, stew beef)

Stock your freezer with about 4 milk crates space of our own Dry Aged Beef.

200 Pounds of Premium Pasture-Raised Beef, Processed and Aged

40 lbs premium steaks (T-Bone, Porterhouse, Ribeye, filet), 100 lbs dry aged ground beef.  60 lbs roasts (chuck, rump, sirloin, brisket, short rib, stew beef).

This is a freezer filler!  Plan about 8-9 milk crates worth of space.  Most cuts are flat and pack well, freezer-friendly.
