Short Ribs Box (4–5 lbs Assorted Cuts)
A little bit of everything! This box includes assorted short rib pieces that don’t fit our standard weight ranges—think beautifully marbled cuts just under 1.5 lbs or way over 2 lbs. You’ll get a total of 4–5 lbs of our dry-aged short ribs, plus a little extra value packed in. Same rich flavor and tenderness, just more variety in size. Perfect for stocking the freezer or feeding a crowd.
