While ribeye is naturally a delicious cut, our aging process enhances all the flavors, bringing out a richer, more robust flavor. All our steaks are aged for a minimum of 21 days, (but also up to 28 days!) to ensure unmatched tenderness.  Like having restaurant quality beef - but in your own home!
