We start with our own Angus beef, raised with care on our Wisconsin pastures and dry-aged for a minimum of 21 days. The result is a depth of flavor and tenderness you can taste in every bite. These strips come in a convenient 1 lb package and are entirely additive-free, just pure, well-marbled sirloin.

A Favorite Quick Meal

Our friend Nate makes these fajita strips on a sheet pan.  He roasts the beef and sliced peppers together, drizzled in melted butter and your favorite seasoning. It’s fast, flavorful, and a family favorite that feels a lot more special than the time it takes.
