I am so thankful to have found Creamery Creek Farms to be my Duroc Pork Belly Supplier. My local grocery store used to sell the Duroc Pork Bellies, but then went to other suppliers. That product was junk. The Pork Bellies that I am purchasing now from these folks is beyond excellent, a great mix of lean and fat, and it makes excellent bacon. I will be smoking 8 bellies next week. I can hardly wait to taste the finished product. I will be purchasing several more in the near future. Keep up the good work and please keep offering the product. If you want to make good bacon these are the pork bellies to use!!!! Just find a good dry cure, then smoke with apple and cherry wood! Pretty easy and little if any trimming of these needed.
