Each share is packed in a balanced blend of cuts for maximum usability:

  • 20% Premium Steaks: T-Bone, Porterhouse, Ribeye, Filet Mignon, and more
  • 30% Roasts: Chuck, Rump, Sirloin, Brisket, Short Rib, Stew Beef, and more
  • 50% Ground Beef: All dry-aged, freezer-ready, 1 lb packages

Optional extras: Organ meats and soup/shank bones available by request (when available). These are not counted toward total weight.
