Premium 21-Day Dry Aged Angus Beef Short Rib Plate

Bring the drama to your next backyard cookout with our premium Angus Dry-Aged Short Rib Plate. Cut from the prized plate primal lower on the rib cage, this substantial beef short rib rack features at least three or four long, beautifully meaty ribs held together perfectly. Each whole rack delivers a rich, highly sought-after beef-to-bone fat ratio that competition pitmasters dream about. Low and slow is the absolute name of the game here. If you are firing up a pellet grill, wood smoker, or traditional oven, the result is an incredibly juicy, deeply beefy, and completely unforgettable culinary experience.

While they might not technically be classified as massive "dino bones," these thick, beautifully marbled racks still bring spectacular visual appeal and unmatched flavor to your table.

Creamy, rich, and rooted in tradition, our Wisconsin dairy products bring you the best of our region’s farm-crafted flavor. Here’s what makes them special:

  • Farm-Sourced Butter – Made with milk from our farm and other like-minded local dairies, our butter is churned at the creamery where we ship our milk every day. It’s smooth, golden, and full of farm-fresh goodness.
  • Small-Batch Cheese – Co-packed just for us and made right here in Wisconsin, our cheeses are crafted for Creamery Creek using time-honored methods and premium milk. We don’t milk for it ourselves, but we proudly stand behind its flavor and quality.
  • Wisconsin Proud – Everything is made locally in the Dairy State, where cheese and butter aren’t just food, they’re a way of life.
  • Rich & Creamy – Our cheese melts beautifully, our butter spreads like a dream, and both are just plain delicious.
  • Crafted with Care – Whether it starts on our farm or with our trusted partners, our dairy products reflect the same values we bring to everything at Creamery Creek: quality, care, and connection to the land.

From our farm to your fridge, we’re proud to share a little slice of Wisconsin with you.

We ship weekly, every Tuesday, from our farm in Bangor, Wisconsin. That means if you order by Monday at noon, your box goes out the next day via UPS or Spee-Dee Delivery and you should have it by Wednesday or Thursday.

How it arrives: Everything is packed with plenty of dry ice in heavy-duty poly liners so your beef, pork, and dairy arrive frozen solid. Our goal is 48 hours from farm to your door, but even if something stretches to 72 hours (weather happens), your order stays cold and safe.

Delivery options:

  • Nationwide Shipping: UPS Ground (if you're in a 2-day zone) or UPS 2-Day/Next Day Air for farther destinations.
  • La Crosse Home Delivery: Local beef and pork delivery on Wednesdays. $50 minimum, delivery charges apply.
  • On-Farm Pickup: Schedule your pickup and we'll have your order ready, usually within 24 hours (often same day).

No need to be home. Your box gets left at your door, just bring it in as soon as you can and pack it straight into your freezer. (And hey, don't touch the dry ice with bare hands. It's very cold.)

What it costs: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination. Dry ice and insulation aren't cheap, but they're what keeps your food safe in transit. Heads up, combining frozen items (beef, pork) with refrigerated items (cheese, butter) means the whole box ships at frozen rates. Want lower shipping? Our dairy boxes and gift boxes are designed to ship lighter and cheaper.

If anything arrives thawed or damaged, contact us right away. We'll make it right.

I am so impressed with Your Beef!! I am a pretty good preparer of foods, especially food that I love. I love BBQ and smoked meat, which is why I sought You sfolks out. I smoked a 5 pound, 3-bone beef rib plate yesterday and it was outstanding- just filled with flavor from the awesome fat content and marbeling. I used fine gound sea salt and an organic dry bbq rub, and I smoked the plate for 7 hours using a traditional offset smoker with oak wood. Awesome results, I am very happy!!

I ordered these plate ribs in hopes to have a nice Mother’s Day dinner. But what I received was all fat and no meat. Was not very happy with my purchase. Also customer service will not answer my emails.

I’m truly sorry that this order -and your experience - didn’t meet expectations. I also want to personally apologize for the delay in getting back to your email. That’s on me, and you’re right to be frustrated.

At Creamery Creek, we take pride in both the quality of our dry-aged beef and the care we give to every customer. I regret that I missed the mark on both for your Mother’s Day plans.

We’ve since followed up directly by email, and I’d still like the chance to make this right for you. Thank you for your honest feedback, it helps us grow and do better.

Great local source for beef plate ribs that can typically be difficult to find in stock in this area of the country.

Best ribs ever, fall off the bone and the flavor was unbelievable. Smoked them on my smoker did a mustard binder them salt, pepper and garlic rub. Smoked at 275 for 3 hours then started to spray with apple juice every hour for 4 more hours. Wrapped in pink paper and let it rest for a hour.

Good size, very tasty, grilled over hickory, a little less fat would have been nice, but very good

The best ribs I’ve ever had!

These ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender. The quality has me coming back to Creamery Creek Farms week after week.
