Angus Dry-Aged Short Rib Plate
Beef Short Rib Rack | Dry-Aged Short Ribs
This dry-aged short rib plate is cut from the plate primal—lower on the rib cage—and features at least three long, meaty ribs. Think of it as the next centerpiece for your next smoke session.
Each rack weighs in around 7 pounds and breaks down to a comfortable, but more fatty beef/bone/fat ratio. Low and slow is the name of the game here—whether you’re using a smoker, grill, or oven, the result is deeply beefy, tender, and unforgettable.
Not technically “dino bones,” but they still bring the drama.
📸 First product photo by our talented customer A.G.—thank you!
I ordered these plate ribs in hopes to have a nice Mother’s Day dinner. But what I received was all fat and no meat. Was not very happy with my purchase. Also customer service will not answer my emails.
I’m truly sorry that this order—and your experience—didn’t meet expectations. I also want to personally apologize for the delay in getting back to your email. That’s on me, and you’re right to be frustrated.
At Creamery Creek, we take pride in both the quality of our dry-aged beef and the care we give to every customer. I regret that I missed the mark on both for your Mother’s Day plans.
We’ve since followed up directly by email, and I’d still like the chance to make this right for you. Thank you for your honest feedback—it helps us grow and do better.

Good size, very tasty, grilled over hickory, a little less fat would have been nice, but very good
Great local source for beef plate ribs that can typically be difficult to find in stock in this area of the country.
Best ribs ever, fall off the bone and the flavor was unbelievable. Smoked them on my smoker did a mustard binder them salt, pepper and garlic rub. Smoked at 275 for 3 hours then started to spray with apple juice every hour for 4 more hours. Wrapped in pink paper and let it rest for a hour.
These ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender. The quality has me coming back to Creamery Creek Farms week after week.
