Our Dry-Aged Tomahawk Ribeye is a stunner steak known for its bold flavor, beautiful marbling, and dramatic bone-in presentation. Each cut features a long, Frenched rib bone and is aged for over 21 days to enhance tenderness and depth of flavor.

We only select from our top beef to create these specialty cuts, raised right here on our family-owned Wisconsin farm and hand-cut by our trusted local butcher. Thick-cut (2-3+ inches) and more than 2 lbs each, these steaks are ideal for special occasions, gifts, or an date night at home.

We haven't had it yet, we will NEXT weekend @ a family gathering. I will post more then BUT, I have to tell you the marbling on OUR steak is "High Choice"! I'll bet it's gonna be amazing! Would definitely recommend they be high on your consideration list!!
