Elevate Your BBQ Game with Our Chimichurri Sauce Recipe

Try chimichurri sauce, it's a bright and flavorful addition that will take your grilling game to the next level. I'll get straight to the point and share two of our tried and true chimichurri sauce recipes.
So fire up the grill and get ready to impress your guests with this delicious condiment!
Here are two delicious chimichurri sauce variations to try out:
1. Classic Chimichurri
- 1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve with grilled dry-aged beef picanha.
2. Roasted Red Pepper Chimichurri
- 1 roasted red pepper, diced
- 1 shallot, minced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- salt and pepper, to taste
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse until a smooth sauce forms. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve with grilled dry-aged beef picanha or any specialty beef cut.
