Big beefy flavor with our dry-aged chuck arm roast. Perfectly tender and juicy, this carefully trimmed cut of beef is sure to impress. Beautiful marbling and a great shredding roast.
Cook low and slow. On the smoker, in the slow cooker, or braised in the oven.
This cut is bone-in, meaty and flavorful. Flat roast that comes from the arm of the steer, has a round bone in it, Slightly less less marbling than the Chuck Roast, but less gristle too.
