We love the beef frank. They are awesome sliced up and baked in cheesy potatoes for a quick oven supper!

I had not cooked a brisket before but with some interweb investigation opted for smoking on the Weber for ~ 9 hours. It was lovely. Fat cap was perfect for braising. I would do it again.
I love love love the Creekclub Box of the Month. I gives me the opportunity to eventually try every product that Creamery Creek has. I have not been dissattisfied with any of their product. There is differant cuts and blends in every month's box. Beside the great product they offer you can pause or cancel at any time you wish, but who would want to cancel when you are able to enjoy the delicious dry aged meat that is offered.
