I love love love the Creekclub Box of the Month. I gives me the opportunity to eventually try every product that Creamery Creek has. I have not been dissattisfied with any of their product. There is differant cuts and blends in every month's box. Beside the great product they offer you can pause or cancel at any time you wish, but who would want to cancel when you are able to enjoy the delicious dry aged meat that is offered.
Not only is the product great but Louissa is friendly, courteous, and is very willing to help you with any questions you may have. Great meat, Great local farm, employing great local people. Thank you very much Creamery Creek.
I was pleased that my recent order of 20 pounds of pasture raised beef liver was still frozen when it arrived, and I am impressed by the uniformity of the slices, with each slice weighing close to .25 pounds, which is a fine portion size. And, the quality of the liver is excellent with none of the unpleasant odor or taste that is usually associated with beef liver due to the fact that this beef liver is pasture raised, unlike what is available generally. I am now a fan of Creamery Creek, and have even brought this liver over to share with friends when they have invited me to a meal.
Tried Grassland butter at The Cheese Factory. Best butter I have ever tasted. I ask the waitress the source of their butter. Gladly found out it was Grassland. So I ordered some for myself. Very pleased.
Delicious! The only beef we use for chili and burgers. Highly recommend!
This was incredible! Salt, pepper, garlic, pan seared... 16 yo son said it was the best steak he's ever had! Medium rare, melt in your mouth.
This was wonderful! I need to be better practiced at preparing it, however. Pan searing needed more time. Very pleased!
This medium cheddar is excellent for shredding on salads and wet burritos and for slicing for grilled cheese sandwiches and too numerous to mention the all the ways I use it. It also make the perfect snack when you have the nibbles.
I am so impressed with Your Beef!! I am a pretty good preparer of foods, especially food that I love. I love BBQ and smoked meat, which is why I sought You sfolks out. I smoked a 5 pound, 3-bone beef rib plate yesterday and it was outstanding- just filled with flavor from the awesome fat content and marbeling. I used fine gound sea salt and an organic dry bbq rub, and I smoked the plate for 7 hours using a traditional offset smoker with oak wood. Awesome results, I am very happy!!
I loved working with this suet. I was expecting to have to trim sinew and meat off. I did not. It was very clean. It only took 3 renderings to get all the "bits" out and the smell. Even with the first rendering it didnt have much smell.
I love my monthly box. I don’t usually read the email of the contents before it arrives at my house, so everything I get is a surprise besides delicious! Thanks Louisa for my surprise quality meats! Saves me time!
It is soooo good! It makes a great and tasty snack when I have the nibbles. All protein and no sugar.

I ordered the beef oxtail and it got rave reviews. It was savory and there was plenty of meat! To say it was delicious, is not a strong enough adjective! I will definitely order from Creamery Creek Farms again!
They were fantastic, excellent flavor and tenderness. But in all honesty, both racks that I got were small and didn’t have much meat on them.
Absolutely delicious 😋. Incredibly juicy and full of flavor. I used them to make patty melts on the Blackstone, and they were amazing.
