Shipping Services & Rates
We offer shipping through several carriers, with rates and delivery times calculated based on your location and order size. Please visit our comprehensive Shipping Policy page for more detailed information.
Order Deadlines
We ship every Tuesday. Order by Monday at NOON to ship out on Tuesday.
Examples:
If you place an order on Friday it'll ship Tuesday and you should expect it Wednesday or Thursday.
If you place an order on Monday at 1pm, it'll ship the following week on Tuesday.
Shipping Methods
Frozen Dry-Aged Beef & Duroc Pork:
Packed with insulated liners and dry ice to ensure frozen arrival.
Dairy Products & Refrigerated Meat Snacks:
Shipped with insulated shippers and ice packs. Options expand in cooler months taking these items and gift boxes out to a 3 day delivery safely.
Farm Gear:
Shipped in bubble mailers. Choose your preferred shipping speed and price at checkout.
Mixed Boxes:
Shipped based on the coldest item in the box.
Arriving partially thawed?
Open your package promptly when it arrives and check the condition of the products and packaging. Dry ice may have evaporated during transit, so its absence alone does not tell you whether the meat stayed safely cold. A package that feels cool to the touch is not proof of a safe temperature.
If frozen meat is partially thawed, refrigerate or refreeze it promptly only if you can confirm it remained at refrigerator temperature (40°F / 4°C or below), for example by checking the meat with a food thermometer, or it still has ice crystals. If you cannot confirm that, do not eat or refreeze it. Contact us instead. For dairy and refrigerated meat snacks, refrigerate promptly if you can confirm they arrived at 40°F / 4°C or below; if not, contact us before consuming them. Do not rely on smell or appearance alone to decide whether food is safe.
If anything arrives warm, is leaking or damaged, or you are unsure whether it stayed cold enough, please contact the farm as soon as possible. Take photos of the outer box and shipping label, the insulation and cooling materials, and the affected products and their packaging. If you have a thermometer reading, include a photo of that too. Keep the packaging while we review the issue, but do not leave perishable food at room temperature to take photos.

Local Delivery
Deliveries take place on Wednesdays in a four-county area (La Crosse, Monroe, Houston, and Winona). Minimum order: $49. Delivery charges: $10, $15 or $20. Rate available at checkout based on zip code.
On-Farm Pickup
Always and forever free. We love in-person order pickups! Select it at check out, and you'll receive an email when the order has been fulfilled and ready, usually within 24 hours. No contact pickup available. Book farm pickups here.
