Beef heart is a versatile and nutrient-dense cut, perfect for slow-cooking, roasting, or grinding into ground beef for added flavor. Known for its rich taste and texture, this organ meat can be enjoyed in a variety of dishes.

We also love making heart pastrami, brined and pepper-crusted, then smoked low and slow for a flavorful sandwich filling.

Each package may contain 2 halves or 1 whole heart.
