We only select from our top beef to create these specialty cuts, raised right here on our family-owned Wisconsin farm and hand-cut by our trusted local butcher. Thick-cut (2-3+ inches) and more than 2 lbs each, these steaks are ideal for special occasions, gifts, or an date night at home.
