**NOTE there were 2 months in 2024 that some of our aged beef received a white label at our new processor while we waited for label approval and printing. The cuts included in this "White Label" beef are NOT available in our "Black Label" Dry Aged line, and vice versa, rest assured, you get what you order! Most of the beef in this White Label line ends up in our local school lunch programs, but there are some cuts we just can't grind! You benefit!
