Dry Aged Angus Beef Round Steak


Our dry aged round steaks are trimmed and cut from the round of the rump.  Lean and versatile, they are a great budget-friendly option for stir fry, fajitas, etc. They are excellent marinated and thinly sliced against the grain.

We especially love this cut for Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches!
