I have nevr had 21day dry hung beef. This was out of this world. I put it on the traeger for fajita. No left overs. Diffently will be ordering again and trying other 🍖
I used the skirt steak for making Carne Asada. Easy to make in the crock pot before a bridal shower. It was fork tender and delicious! Thank Creamery Creek for making my
