Perfect for creating rich, flavorful broths or traditional Osso Buco, these dry-aged beef bones are a versatile addition to your kitchen. Cross-cut shank bones are known for their deep flavor and are ideal for slow-cooking or making hearty soups.

Traditionally paired with risotto, they also work beautifully with egg noodles or potatoes—our farm kids love them with noodles! Each package contains bones with plenty of meaty goodness, half the size of a typical beef roast.

The Soup Bone Box includes 4-5 lbs of various beef bones like knuckle and neck bones, offering great value and flavor for your homemade broths.
