Welcome to Your Box from Creamery Creek

Your box made it from our farm in Bangor, Wisconsin. Here is everything you need in the next ten minutes, and for the meals after that.

1. Check your box

Meat frozen solid, or partly thawed? If it still has ice crystals or feels as cold as your refrigerator, it is safe. Put it straight in the freezer, or in the fridge if you plan to cook it in the next few days. Our meat is vacuum sealed, so a little softening on the trip is normal.

Feels warm, or a seal is broken? Don't guess. Snap a photo and let us know.

Cheese, butter, or curds? Dairy ships cold, not frozen. Put it in the fridge. Butter also freezes well if you stocked up.  If you had summer sausage or other meat snacks in your box, they started frozen and are ready to go in your refrigerator.

Dry ice in your box? Never touch it with bare hands. Leave it in an open spot with fresh air until it disappears. Never put it in a sealed container, a closed cooler, a small closed room, or down the sink.

2. Not Perfect? We'll make it right.

Missing item, damaged package, something that arrived too warm: tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we will take care of it. Send:

  • Your order number (it's on your packing slip and in your email)
