Our cuts are from our own Angus, Simmental, and SimAngus Cattle we’ve raised ourselves. We love being able to trace our cuts of meat from our own homegrown cattle on the farm to the meals you prepare.
We believe that dry aging is absolutely worth the wait. It’s not easy or fast, but can make for an extraordinary cut of meat. Our beef is aged in a temperature and humidity controlled environment. This makes the most tender, flavorful cuts of meat that fall off the fork!

Our dry aged beef is for sale online, available either by shipping, local delivery, or pickup at the farm. Farm pickup is available by appointment.
We ship from the farm every Tuesday. Your order of dry aged beef will arrive fast and frozen! Expect to receive your box the Wednesday or Thursday after shipping.
